NC Elite Payment
Policy
It
is the responsibility of the parent/ guardian to insure
that all payments are made on time. If payments
are not made on time, or a past due balance exists, then
an individual player may be held from practices and/or
tournaments until the player's account is current.
NC Elite utilizes all of its revenues to
support the volleyball program. Revenues are generated
primarily from player fees. Most of our travel costs are
incurred early in the season in an effort to purchase/reserve
less expensive accommodations. As a result, timely
payment of player fees is critical to meeting our
financial obligations without creating extra charges for
everyone.
Payments may be made by Cash, Check, Money Order or
with Credit Card via Paypal.

In order to keep NC Elite
Volleyball Fees to a minimum, it is imperative that we
keep a
Credit Card authorization form on
file for each athlete/family (Unless dues are paid in
full).
We will only use this
credit authorization:
In the event that a payment has not been received 10
days following of a payment due date.
(We will contact you first before charging anything
to your card)
If instructed to do so
by you the cardholder for reserving hotel rooms for
parents/families at team travel events.
**Remember that each athlete/parent is responsible for
payment whether they complete the season or not. Any
partial payments and/or special payment plans must be
approved by the appropriate NC Elite officers.
Anytime NC Elite Volleyball Club processes a credit card
for a late payment (10 days past due date), a
transaction fee of 5% will be added in order to cover
credit processing fees.

Total program cost includes : club
dues, equipment fees and associated travel costs covered by club.

Club/Team Dues:
Includes Netsports membership, all club, team and
coaches' USAV registrations fees (player USAV registration fees
are not included in dues and are required prior to tryouts for
insurance purposes); coach background checks, NC
Elite
player officiating clinics, NC Elite recruiting clinics,
regional tournament entry fees (approx $ 120-150/tournament);
gym rentals fees; coaches'
pay/ reimbursement and other miscellaneous club operating
expenses (web hosting, supplies, postage, printing, etc..) .
Travel Costs/ Equipment Fees :
Includes all travel tournament entry fees ($ 400-950/
event), transportation costs for coaches, all hotel accommodations
for NC Elite players (**except 12-1, 13-1 and 14-2 teams) and
coaching staff. Travel costs with NC Elite are estimated up front
and are built into the total club costs which means you will not
receive an additional "travel assessment" after every trip .
Also includes all NC Elite club related
equipment costs (volleyballs, ball carts, ball bags and
other training equipment.) **
Individual player meals/food costs are not included in the club
fees. Additionally all travel events this season are considered
driving events and player transportation is not be covered by the
club.

tournament quality jerseys, jersey screening, 2 pair
tournament quality spandex, 2 NC Elite practice
t-shirts, 1 long sleeve warm-up jacket and warm up pants.
($150 Package) Includes 1 tournament quality
jerseys, jersey screening, 1 pair tournament quality spandex, 2 NC
Elite practice t-shirts and 1 long sleeve warm-up jacket.
($75 Package) Includes 1
tournament quality jerseys, jersey screening, 1 pair
tournament quality spandex and 1 NC Elite practice
t-shirt.
Additional items available for individual
purchase.
14-1 and All 15 -18s travel teams will stay in
team hotel rooms assigned by club and are included in
overall club dues.
** All 12s, 13s, 14 regional plus level teams will be
allowed to stay in club confirmed hotels with their parents and
is reflected in reduced overall club dues.
NC Elite Volleyball now accepts PayPal and credit card payments
for club dues.
